About SEU Chapelhill

Degree Paths Student Life

Formed For Impact

At SEU Chapelhill, we don’t think you should have to choose between a top-tier education and real-world ministry. Our program is designed to connect what you learn in the classroom directly to what happens on a Sunday morning.

Our Vision

Through our partnership with Southeastern University, you will earn an accredited degree while stepping straight into active leadership at Chapelhill Church. This isn't a program where you observe from the sidelines. You will be actively leading in local ministry, navigating real-world challenges, and growing alongside a vibrant church family.

Our vision is to develop Christ-centered leaders who don't just graduate with a degree, but step into their calling with deep spiritual integrity, practical wisdom, and the confidence to lead wherever God calls them next.

Our Mission

We disciple students into becoming all that God has called them to be. We don't do this from a distance. Through intentional, one-on-one mentorship, active ministry responsibility, and a supportive community, we walk alongside you as you discover your gifts, refine your character, and step into your unique calling.

College is about more than choosing a major. It is about discovering who God created you to be. At SEU Chapelhill, we help students identify their unique gifts, deepen their relationship with Christ, and gain the confidence to pursue the calling he has placed on their lives. You’ll be equipped to make a meaningful impact wherever God leads.

Could we have our school instagram photos (@seuchapelhill) scrolling along the bottom instead of the same photos from the practicum page? I love the current photos for the practicum page but I'd like to change it up on this page.

Leadership begins with character. Throughout your time at SEU Chapelhill, you’ll be challenged to grow spiritually, academically, and personally while learning to lead with humility, wisdom, and integrity. Through classroom learning, mentorship, and real life experiences, you’ll develop the confidence and skills to influence others and serve your community with excellence.

Transformation happens in community. At SEU Chapelhill, you’ll build authentic friendships, learn alongside peers who share your faith, and become part of the life of Chapelhill Church. As you grow in your relationship with God through worship, prayer, and discipleship, you’ll also experience the encouragement and accountability that come from doing life with others.

Learning doesn’t stop in the classroom. As a student at SEU Chapelhill, you’ll have opportunities to put your education into practice through ministry involvement, leadership opportunities, internships, and real world experiences. By the time you graduate, you’ll have gained practical skills, meaningful experience, and the confidence to step into your calling prepared to lead from day one.
